Why do people come to therapy? Oftentimes people are facing a struggle that doesn’t seem manageable on their own. Others may feel stuck, unheard, or just need an unbiased and empathetic ear.

Whatever the reason for coming to therapy may be, establishing trust is my first priority. Sharing troubles and inner experiences are not easy for everyone, and my goal is to create a space for healing, growth, and collaboration with my clients. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so to ensure I am providing an optimal environment for my client’s well-being and mental health, I will work hard to tailor therapy to my client’s needs.
